Kimberly Dawson is the Founder and Chief Co-Conspirator at REVOLUTION Business & Life Design. Since 2013, she has worked with purpose-seekers and change-makers to design businesses and lives that bring our love to life, by healing our deepest fears and living into our own creative visions.

Recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Award for the College of Communications at CSU Chico, with a BA in Communication Design and a minor in Art & Business, Kimberly spent more than 30 years as a strategic innovator in Marketing, Sales and Operations roles, with ground-breaking businesses and organizations of all shapes and sizes. Today, based in Portland, Oregon, she co-conspires with creative entrepreneurs to design businesses and lives that break through the status quo with paradigm-shifting perspectives and offerings.

Kimberly became a board advisor for the Brian Phelps Memorial Foundation in 2020, providing strategic marketing and communication design support. In 2021 she inspired and guided the re-naming and re-branding process and designed the new logo. She accepted the role of Vice President of the Board of Directors in November 2021, and in 2023 also became REViVE’s Executive VP, Perspective Design.

An explorer, student and creator at heart, Kimberly loves to see and experience new-to-her things — and known-to-her things in new ways — and to dive deep to get to the point. She is inspired by the possibility for each of us to experience the fullest expression and value of our own one-of-a-kind existence, by liberating the Point of YOU.

Kimberly lives with her partner, Bryan, and their talkative Siamese cat, Audri. They enjoy walking, hiking and biking in the woods, camping at the Oregon coast, going to Portand's Japanese Garden, Oregon Ballet Theatre, and the Art Museum, and traveling abroad. More recently they have dived into studying the art and science of wine in Oregon's Willamette Valley, with aspirations for exploring wine regions around the world.
